O'Connor of Elkhorn, Wisconsin, born in West Bend, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 23, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth O'Connor and Evelyn O'Connor (Waters); his wife Judith Kret; his brother-in-law Rene DeMarasse; and his nephew Jeremy.

He is survived by: his sons, Matthew O'Connor and Christopher O'Connor; his stepdaughters, Gwen Carlson and Margaret Sperlader; and his sisters, Cathy Giese (James) of Lake Geneva, Sue DeMarasse of Janesville, WI, Mary O'Connor (Pat Ryan) of Janesville, WI, Karen Steward of Mazomanie, WI, Patti Soukup (Skip) of Delavan and Dianna O'Connor (John) of Glenbeulah, WI. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

“We were very sadden to learn that Jim has passed. We just learned about it Friday night and the funeral was over. We live in Marengo, IL and have been parishioners at St Benedict For the past 10 years. Jim always sat right in front of us or behind us. He was a sweet and gentle man and we will miss him .
