He is survived by: his parents, James Sr. Block and Susan Block (Iseli); his wife Margaret A. Radtke of Mark's Lutheran Church; his daughters, Gretta Block (Hayden Poltermann) and Emma Block; and his brothers, Shawn Block and Todd Block (Amy Perkins).
