With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Irma J. Hladik of Elkhorn, Wisconsin, born in Chicago, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Jack" Stajkowski and Cecelia Stajkowski (Gruszkowski); her husband Ralph A. Hladik; her son Mark Hladik; and her sister Phyllis Follmer (Ray).
She is survived by: her children, Becky Hladik and John Hladik; her grandson Kalan Hladik; her daughter Emily Koltz; her nieces and nephews, Jan Sokolowski (Don), Nancy West (George) and Chris Follmer; and her cousin Alex O'Reilly. She is also survived by great-great nieces and nephews, extended family and very dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Hladik Family for a donation to the Staff of Ridgestone.
