It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Powell of Elkhorn, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 1, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Howard Powell to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Powell and Tina Powell (Rowe); and his siblings, Marguerite Sieberg and Allen Powell. He is survived by: his wife Lois A. Perry; and his daughters, Marguerite "Maggie" Powell of Waukegan, IL and Priscilla Fleig (Robert) of Cedar Hill, MO. He is also survived by three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and two step-great-grandchildren.
