She is survived by: her children, Jerry Smith Jr. of Burlington, WI, Therese Wiedrich (Jim) of Westgate, IA, Willy Smith of Burlington, WI, Eric Smith of Elkhorn, WI and Elmor Smith of Elkhorn, WI; and her sister Iris Payson (Gary) of Elkhorn, WI.. She is also survived by five grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren.
