We are sad to announce that on January 19, 2020, at the age of 98, Gladys Slama (Elkhorn, Wisconsin), born in Hopkins, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Majors and Anna Majors (Jepson); and her husband Vernon "Lucky" Slama. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Polivka (John Jr.), Susan Polivka (James) and David Slama. She is also survived by six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren.
