He is survived by: his wife Helen Baumeister; his sons, David Wolter, Scott Wolter (Cecilia) and Matthew Wolter (Angela); his grandchildren, Addeline, Savannah, William and Annalise Wolter; and his siblings, Claudia Bernau and Bill Wolter (Diana).
