It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Boggs (Elkhorn, Wisconsin), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on October 3, 2019, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Minter and Frances Minter (Gardner); her husband Frank Clifford Boggs; and her siblings, Raymond Minter, Helen Huttner, Frederick Minter, Margaret Kovarik, Thomas Minter and Dale Butler.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Metcalf (Rod) of Delavan and Frank Boggs (Colleen) of Elkhorn; her grandchildren, Tracy Collins (Ken) of Delavan, Lindsay Liss (Jesse) of Delavan and Frank Boggs (Jessica) of Mobile, AL; and her great grandchildren, Collin, Troy, Ian, Harley, Katy, Jocelyn and Freya.
