She is survived by: her children, Steven Sigmund (Celeste) of Finland, MN, Mark Sigmund (Caryn) of Rockford, IL and Jean Sigmund of Elkhorn; her grandchildren, Danielle Sigmund, Stephanie Nelson (Alex), Michael Thomson, Evan Sigmund, Jake and Kyle Rotta; her great grandchild Bria Nelson; and her sisters, Louise Stafford of Sandy, OR, Betty Bauman of Burlington, WI. and Joyce Bulow of Burlington, WI..

She has always been my dearest friend and I will treasure my memories of her life and the wonderful family gatherings that I shared with her. She was the most thoughtful and loving friend I have and I will miss her deeply. I wish I could have attended her funeral but living in Dundas, MN (400 miles away) during the this epidemic it was not possible.”
