He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Meredith and Michele Meredith (Forey); his parents-in-law, Mary and Harry Bohmer; and his siblings-in-law, Steve Bohmer and Carol Bohmer.
He is survived by: his wife Sally A. Bohmer; his sons, Ian Meredith of Waukesha, WI and Brett Meredith of Milwaukee, WI; his sister Patricia Collazo (Frank) of LaGrange, IL; his sisters-in-law, Amy, Kate and Danita Bohmer; his nieces and nephews, Isabelle, Brigitte (Brian), Andrea, Monica, Sonja (Cathal), Robert and Luke (Julia); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Briella, Bailey, Isabelle, Gage and Orion; and his stepmother Betsy Bohmer.
