Dean M. August Sr. Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dean M. August Sr. of Elkhorn, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 17, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis August and Olga August (Johnson); his stepson Doug Forsythe; and his sisters, Joanne and Karen.
He is survived by: his children, Audrey Katzenberger (Cary) of Elkhorn, Connie August-Iglehart (Michael) of North Dakota, Clint August of South Beloit and Dean August Jr. of Leaf River, IL; his stepson Mike Forsythe; and his grandchildren, Jessica, Josh, Jamie, Brian, Wyatt, Wayde, Georgina and Julianne. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Monroe Funeral Home (604 E Walworth Ave, Delavan, WI 53115). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
