With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David P. Prowitz of Elkhorn, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 22, 2021 at the age of 52. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Prowitz and Karen Prowitz (Berg). He is survived by: his former wife Jennifer L. Dascher; his wife Jen; his daughters, Olivia and Hattie; his siblings, Dan Prowitz (Deb), Vikki McJannet (Nic) and Sungwon Chi (Pat); his sister-in-law Stephanie LaCasse (Dave); his niece Katy Mc Jannet of Patrick Chi, DJ; and his nephews, Lucas and Sam LaCasse.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be directed to Camp Timber-lee, N8705 Scout Rd. East Troy, WI.
