He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judy" Dunham; his children, Kim Flitcroft (Tony), Kelly Odling (John) and Kevin Nettesheim (Stacey); his grandchildren, Jacob, Kyle, Jack, Cole, Kate, Abriel, Clayton (Leah), Colton, Avonlea, Jordan and Ryan; his stepgrandson Anthony Flitcroft (Christine); his brothers, Gene and Jon Nettesheim; his sister-in-law Nancy Nettesheim; and also, Roxi, Mark, Travis and Troy Steinfest.
