He is survived by: his parents, Robert Steven and Patricia Ann Calkins Nelson; his spouse Allie Terrien; his sons, Braden Nelson and Cody Michael "CJ" Nelson Junior; his siblings, Robert Nelson, Shawn Boyd, Edward Heyward and Jodi Mumaw; his aunts, Mary Koch, Eileen Layton, Cathy Sanderson, Theresa Calkins, Marge Calkins, Bridgette Blackwood and Roberta Lyon; his great-aunt Margaret Ethel Ksiazek; and his uncles, Ray Boyd, Victor Cuccia, Tom Calkins, John Calkins, Timmy Calkins, Phillip Calkins and Brian Calkins.
