He was predeceased by: his brothers, Curtis, Kelvin, Russ (Bonnie Campbell) and Steve (Andy Lewis). He is survived by: his wife Robin Rodilosso; his children, Matthew, Courtney, Bryan, Erik and Taylor; his siblings, Mike Campbell (Bev), Kenneth Campbell (Brenda), Melanie Johnson, Jeff Lewis (Sharon) and Dan Lewis (Rhonda); and his aunt Charlene Eddy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Family Fund at Lakeland Community Church.
