We are sad to announce that on September 10, 2023, at the age of 87, Carl Grayson Matthews of Elkhorn, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Radford Carl and Gladys Matthews (Williams); and his sister Carolyn Wilkes (Irwin). He is survived by: his wife Carol Mae Welch; his sons, Dan Matthews and Don Matthews (Michelle); his grandchildren, Christopher, Amy (Dan), Dustin, Anna, Brett (Stephanie) and Sean; and his great grandchild Baker.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Matt's name may be directed to the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation or the National Kidney Foundation.
