She was predeceased by: her parent Charles F. Hart; her husband William; her son David Cook; and her son-in-law James Shafer. She is survived by: her parent Rovilla J. Hart (Haskins); her children, Katherine Loper (Bruce) of Elkhorn, WI, Diane Shafer (Paul Schwertfeger) of Red Granite, WI, Beverly Cook of South Milwaukee, WI and Larry Cook of Beloit, WI; and her brother Robert Hart of Delavan, WI.. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren.
