In loving memory of Audrey Alice Rauhut of Elkhorn, Wisconsin, who departed this world on November 14, 2024 at the age of 86. Audrey leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Sommerfeld and Alice Sommerfeld (Footh); her husband Paul Rauhut; her brother Donald; her sister-in-law June Sommerfeld; her nephew Douglas Sommerfeld; her parents-in-law, Herman and Hilda Rauhut; and her brothers-in-law, John Rodd and Mike Smith.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Debra Stapek (Jim), Diane Sommerfeld, David Morton, Anthony Morton and Aaron Van Heel (Kim); her great-nieces, Julie Monson (Jon), Jennifer Coffin (Michael), Laura Jockisch (Jake), Alisha Klemish (Terrence), Betty Sommerfeld, Shelbi Morton and Lily Van Heel; her great-nephew Derrick Sommerfeldand Taylor Sommerfeld (Mandy); and her sisters-in-law, Marjorie Morton, Nancy Van Heel (Don) and Karoline Smith.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM and on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM. A prayer will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory (730 N Wisconsin St, Elkhorn, WI 53121). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Christ Lutheran Church (16900 Main St, Eden Prairie, MN 55346).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Audrey's name to First Evangelical Lutheran Church of Lake Geneva.
