He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Wimer and Hilda Wimer (Weinke); his stepfather Eric Dietrich; and his brothers, Larry and Kenneth.
He is survived by: his sons, Alexander Wimer (Diana) of Delavan, Alerdale Wimer (Katy) of Whitewater, Alroy Wimer (Jessica) of Madison and Alaric Wimer (Minji) of Long Beach, CA; his grandchildren, Alton, Alyssa, Alden, Alvin, Elena and Malcolm; his brother Daryl Wimer (Kathy) of Janesville; and his sisters-in-law, Marcene Seitz of East Troy and Deann Wimer of Carmel, IN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
