We are sad to announce that on January 26, 2020, at the age of 78, Thomas R. Mlada (Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin), born in Manitowoc, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Mlada and Carmen Mlada (Duebner); his grandson Zachary Winkel; and his siblings, David and Bonnie.
He is survived by: his former wife Madelyn Yost; his wife Kathy; his children, Carrie Jez (Steven) of Beavercreek, OH, Jill Schuessler (Jeff) of Sheboygan Falls, Raymond Mlada (Kelly) of Chilton, Robin Peck (Mark) of Hartland, Amy Winkel (Tim) of Sheboygan and Thomas J. Mlada (Kathy) of Grafton; and his sister-in-law Kathryn Schipper. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Tom's name.
