In loving memory of James A. Kistner of Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, who departed this world on December 14, 2024 at the age of 82. James leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kistner and Cecelia Schaller Kistner; his wife Mary; his siblings, Carol Mae Kistner and Gordon Kistner; his in-laws, Francis and Janet Koehler; and his siblings-in-law, Jayne Krause and John Koehler.
He is survived by: his friends, June, Karen, Linda, Ken, Nancy and Tom; his children, Chad Kistner (Amy), New Holstein and Elisa Wierman (Scott); his grandchildren, Zackary Wierman, Stephanie Adams (Patch), Desiree Wierman, Ashley Wierman (Alex Bennin) and Melissa Wierman; his great grandchildren, Paisley and Amelia Adams; and his siblings-in-law, Charles Koehler (Kara), Charlotte Koehler of Lady Lake, FL and Karen Koehler. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service (1132 Superior Ave, Sheboygan, WI 53081). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in his name.
