She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Winter; and her siblings, Marcella Hopp (Harold), Delores Krueger, Marlene Gross (Jim) and Jim VanderVeen (Ruth).
She is survived by: her parents, Gerhard Van and Hilda Van; her children, Bradd Winter (Shannon) of Elkhart Lake, Roberta Smith (Richard) of St. Petersburg, FL and Helene Watson (Clifford) of Tarpon Springs, FL.; her grandchildren, Rebecca Smith, Megan Winter, Riley Winter, Cliff, Cooper, Carver and Caden Watson; her sister Betty Shirpke of Marshfield; and also Veen. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Hilarity for Charity which provides grants for exceptional in-home care to families affected by dementia and Alzheimers.
