He is survived by: his parents, Anthony Lax and Lynn Lax (Sievert); his former wife Annette Schultz; his wife Jane Fontaine; his children, Chad Lax and Breann Lax; his stepchildren, Michael Konop, Danielle Hannon and Johnathan Hannon; his stepgrandchildren, Isabella, Sawyer and Garrett Konop; his sister Deborah Holt (Jeffrey); his nephews, Jeb Holt (Steve) and Robert Holt (Jessica); his niece Alexandria Geiger (Jake); and his mother-in-law Priscilla Fontaine.
