We are sad to announce that on May 31, 2022, at the age of 63, Cindy Chouinard of Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Cheney and Rose Marie Cheney; her son Michael "Mike" Schmitz; and her brother Bobby. She is survived by: her grandson Zander.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in Cindy's name.
