He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley; his sister Grace Brenden; and his stepson Peter Rasmussen. He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Dan Sivertson (Susan) of Elk Mound, Timothy Sivertson (Tamra) of Elk Mound, Robyn Sivertson of Altoona, Christine Gutsch (Jeff) of Eau Claire, Barbara Sivertson of Little Rock, Amy Rye (Jeff) of Eau Claire, Joel Sivertson (Connie) of Evans and Corey Sivertson (Tammy) of Weston, WI; his stepchildren, Susan Thorsen (Fride) of Norway, Sharon Rasmussen (Nadine) of Oregon and Daniel Brenna (Andreas) of Germany; and his brother Sidney Sivertson (Verna) of Sioux Falls. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Millard requested donations be given to the family in the name of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Luther Park Bible Camp or Spirit Lutheran Church.
