With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dick A. Johnson of Elk Mound, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 17, 2022 at the age of 50. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joan (Charlie) and James (Connee); his wife Kelly; his children, Gabby (Jasper), Hank, Gracie and Max; his grandchildren, Landen, Jazlyn and Jaxson; his siblings, Tammy, Kim and Patrick "Butch" (Angie); his stepsiblings, Tara, Kimara and Todd (Jake); his grandparents, Harvey (Elaine) and Arlene (Clarence); his stepson Matt; his child Dicks; and his granddaughter Gracie. He was also cherished by many cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
