She is survived by: her children, Sheila Hazelton (Gary Bautch), James Hazelton of Eau Claire, Steph (Dale Karlstad), Shane Hazelton of Strum, Stacie (Aaron Felton), Shannon (Chris Russell) and Joel (Misty Hazelton). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.
