As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though Verle may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Deetz and Lois Deetz (Brixen). He is survived by: his wife Karen Deetz (Iverson); his children, Dawn Asher (Wayne), Danny Deetz (Tina) and Debbie Stanislawski (Jason); and his brothers, Bruce Deetz and Sherman Deetz. He is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church of Norden (S367 Co Rd Y, Mondovi, WI 54755).
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer memorials to the Trinity Lutheran Church of Norden, or to a charity of your choice.
