He was predeceased by: his father Rex Holbrook; his wife Elaine Green; and his siblings, Genevia, Agnes and Jerry.

He is survived by: his sons, Larry (Nancy) of Eau Claire, Tom (Judy) of Chetek, Bob (Julie) of Little Chute and Allen of Owatonna, MN. He is also survived by six grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be sent to Pleasant Valley United Methodist Church (S12166 Hillview Rd, Eleva, WI 54738).
