He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford White and Betty White (Haveman); his grandparents, Harv, Margaret Haveman, Wilbur and Elizabeth White; and his uncle Glenn White.
He is survived by: his brothers, Wes White (Ruth) of Ripon and Barry White (Julie) of Van Dyne; his aunt Marcie White of Oshkosh; his godson Matt White; his nieces, Angela Mokler, Melissa Tilleman (Dustin) and Megan Dukelow (Max); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Mason, Liam, Dawson, Haylee and Lilyana. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
