It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Donald Nitschke of Eldorado, Wisconsin, who passed away at the age of 90, on March 9, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Nitschke and Edna Nitschke (Henke); his wife Betty Lueptow; his sister Dorothy Achterberg; and his siblings-in-law, Terry "Bear" Wittchow, Gordon Wolfe, Carl Potratz, Ivan Achterberg and Yvonne Wolfe.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Cooper (Chris), Keri Nitschke and Stacy Nitschke (Tanya); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Moyle (Scott), Morgan Grube, Brandon Grube, Lana Wilson (Cody), Steve Cooper, Sahara Geissler-Tangney, Sabrina Geissler-Tangney and Samantha Tangney; his siblings, Arlene Potratz and Roger Nitschke (Jan); and his sisters-in-law, Marlene Wittchow and Jill Smet (Rick). He is also survived by eight greatgrandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. John's Lutheran Church -Nekimi (491 Old Oregon Rd, Oshkosh, WI 54902). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
