The memory of Marlene Ann Matteson of Elderon, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 26, 2025 at the age of 79, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin W. Karschney and Ardale Karschney (Viertel); her brother Edwin (Duke'Karschney); her brothers-in-law, John'Don'Carlson and Jim Vollmer; her nieces, Cheri Steckbauer and Stacy Karschney; and her great-nephews, Jason and Jed Rivard.
She is survived by: her husband Floyd O. Matteson; her sons, Floyd D. Matteson, Brian Matteson (Cindy) and Brad Matteson; her grandchildren, Ashly Korbisch (Aaron), Hilory Shattuck (Robby), Wyatt Matteson (Courtney), Lydia Matteson and Nonah Matteson; her great grandchildren, Jackson, Banks, Joseph and Cora Jane; and her siblings, Karen Carlson, Sandy Vollmer and Bill Karschney (Kay).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Savior Lutheran Church. A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Savior's Lutheran Church.
