He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredric Valantine and Rose Mariee Eppler (Brown); and his daughter Georgette Silvani. He is survived by: his wife Helen; his daughter Terri Curtis; his grandchildren, Doug Curtis, Greg Curtis, David Silvani (Briana) and Stacy Brouwers (Craig); his sons-in-law, Jim Silvani and Allen Curtis; and his sister Rosie Mason. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
