He was predeceased by: his parents, John Singer and Angeline Singer (Schulist); his brothers, LeRoy Singer (Mary) and Lawrence Singer (Bernice); and his brother-in-law Howard Wolff.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Repinski; his children, Tammy Queen (Terry, Jr.), Jacqueline Russell (Charles, Jr.), Gary Bielinski and Michael Bielinski; his grandchildren, Roxanne, John Russell, Nicholas Queen (Mikenna Koth) and Emily Queen; his great grandchild Jackson Queen; and his sister Mary Jane Wolff of Post Lake.
