He is survived by: his former wife Donna Mischler; his sons, Ryan Boomer (Bianca) of Bloomington, Derek Boomer (Nicole) of Bloomington and Andrew Boomer of Vancouver, Wash.; his grandchildren, Finley and Hazel Boomer; his brothers, Eugene Boomer (Irma) of Tomahawk and Mark Boomer (Tami) of Kaukauna; and his siblings-in-law, Diane Boomer of Newport, Ore. and William Weglage of Vancouver, Wash..
