It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leon Zak of Egg Harbor, Wisconsin, born in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 8, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raphael Zak and Jean Widder (Hanson); his stepfather Reuben Widder; his father-in-law Gerald Picard; and his sister-in-law Gerilou Maas.
He is survived by: his wife Julie; his daughter Rachael Miettinen; his grandchildren, Brandy (Teddy Barbier), Claudia, Desirae and Darian Patrick Miettinen; his mother-in-law Donna Picard; his siblings, Linda Zak (Marcia) and Teddy Zak (Lisa); and his siblings-in-law, Mike Picard (Rita), Vicki Hollister (Tim), Jeremy Picard (Stacy) and Bob Maas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
