She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hazen and Jessie "Sparks" Hazen; and her siblings, James Hazen, Henry Hazen, Jeffrey Hazen, Jackie May and Ann Ahtonen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Goeb (Doug), Tammy Kasten (Wayne), Shelley Colpitts (Jeff), Peggy Martin and Belinda Jacobe (John); her grandchildren, Jason, Mark, Allen, Tommer, Christopher, Nicole, Jamie, Sara, Casey, Dylan, Jeffrey Jr., Jerry, Jessie, Josh, Jonni, Jadyn and Preslie; and her sister Gloria Tesch. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
