The memory of Dennis Roy Phillips of Egg Harbor, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 21, 2024 at the age of 73, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Phillips and Jane Phillips (Larson); and his sister Kathleen Bentley. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Phillips (Cindy); his children, Andrew Phillips and Samantha Lacerda (Davi); his grandchildren, Benjamin and Sarah Lacerda; his parents-in-law, William and Joanne Patterson; his siblings-in-law, Valerie, Jim Brachmann, Amy and Pete Zakoian; and his caregivers, Olivia, Michong, Kaitlyn, Dr. Al Shahrouri, Diane and Dr. Bowman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Alpine Golf Course Clubhouse (7670 Horseshoe Bay Rd, Egg Harbor, WI 54209).
