He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas O'Brien and Julia O'Brien (Lendl). He is survived by: his wife Lynn Wellman O'Brien; his children, Megan O'Brien, Colleen O'Brien and Kevin O'Brien; his sisters, Maureen O'Brien, Peggy Wiliszewski (Stan) and Sally Rosenthal; and his nieces and nephews, Tammy Hernon (Paul), Shelley Brempell (Mike), Brian Wachowiak and Colin Wachowiak (Dionne). He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Tim's name to the family, who will forward them to the Edgerton Youth Soccer Association and the Knights of Columbus Council No. 531 charity fund.
