We are sad to announce that on March 6, 2019, at the age of 25, Tiffany Ann Slaughter (Edgerton, Wisconsin), born in Madison, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brother Tyler Lamar; and her uncle Tim Uglum. She is survived by: her parents, Kevin Slaughter and Nancy Slaughter; her children, Teagan and Hailey; her sister Tasha Slaughter of Edgerton; her grandparents, Richard and Alice Uglum of Edgerton; her nephews, Isaac and Tyler; her aunts and uncles, Sherrie Gray of Madison, Tammy Davis (Jesse) of Janesville, Jeffrey Uglum of Janesville and Robert Uglum of Edgerton; and her cousins, Zachary Gray (Tiffany) and Amber Gray. She is also survived by other cousins and extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials would be preferred to the family.
