She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton Maurice and Dorothy Hagen (Decker); her adoptive parent Dr. Thomas (Elsie Pluess); and her siblings, Dr. Bruce Hagen, Dr. David Hagen (Lois), Doris Hoff (Norbert), Alton Hagen (Lois) and Barbara Gunderson (Berwyn).
She is survived by: her pet Lucy; her sister Judy Todd of Kennewick, WA; and her sister-in-law Bethel Hagen of Sioux Falls, SD. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Sonja's name to Hope Lutheran Church, Milton, WI or Valley of the Kings of Sharon, WI.
