She was predeceased by: her parents, Laurence Truman and Lillian Truman (Jones); her husband Donald "Sparky" Starks; her son Larry Starks; her brothers, George, Harlen and Dale; and her siblings-in-law, Ron and Jean.

She is survived by: her children, John Starks (Becky) of Rockton, IL, Pamela Belanger (Albert) of Janesville, Lynne Wendtland (Tom Hatlen) of Edgerton, Dawn Henze (Brian) of Greenville and Jean Olson (Ed) of Edgerton; her grandchildren, Stephanie, Jacquie, Shawn, Wesley, Sabryna, Meredith, AJ, Ranisa, Tyler, Keith, Kelli, Elisha, LeAnn, Breanna and Lauren; and her siblings, Larry Truman (Irene) of Kansas City, MO, Jean Shoemaker of Whitewater, Chuck Truman (Alice) of Fort Atkinson, Bob Truman (Dianna) of Janesville and Jolene Kempf (Dennis) of Madison. She is also survived by other extended family and friends.
