He is survived by: his wife Sandy Hetzel; his children, Cathy Meller, Beth Hetzel-DeFazio, Brian Hetzel and Rob Hetzel; his grandchildren, Alex Meller, John Meller, Victoria DeFazio and Sedona DeFazio; and his sisters, Betty Brown and Mary Spady.
