It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard A Uglum of Edgerton, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 13, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Iver Uglum and Alta Uglum (Sturdevant); his stepfather Hubert Falkenstein; his mother-in-law Louise Elizabeth Sockness; his children, Thomas, Terrance, Timothy, Jeffrey and Nancy; his grandchildren, Tyler Lamar and Tiffany Slaughter; and his siblings, Marla Funk, Kay Hardin and Ronald Uglum.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Katherine Ward; his children, Sherrie Gray, Tammy Davis (Jessie) and Robert Uglum; his grandchildren, Amber Gray, Zachary Ng-Gray (Tiffany), Tyler Davis and Tasha Slaughter; his great grandchildren, Teagan, Sirrina, Isaac, Oakleigh and Madison; his siblings, Delores Steindl and Thomas Uglum; and his sister-in-law Sonja Uglum. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Edgerton Central Lutheran Church in Richard's name.
