He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Hart; and his brother-in-law James Plautz. He is survived by: his mother Rosalie Hart (Dever); his significant other Linda Huebner; his sisters, Michelle (Rob Weiss) of Beloit, Christi Freiburger (James) and Sherri Hart of Ft. Myers, FL; and his siblings-in-law, Don Plautz of Janesville, Richard Plautz (Nancy) of Milton, Philip Plautz (JoAnn) of Bolling Green, KY and Christy Plautz of Edgerton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
