She is survived by: her parents, Richard Uglum and Alice Uglum (Ward); her daughter Tasha Slaughter; her grandchildren, Isaac, Teagan, Oakleigh and Tyler; her siblings, Sherrie Gray, Tammy Davis (Jessie), Jeffrey Uglum and Robert Uglum; her niece Amber Gray; and her nephew Zachary Gray. She is also survived by other extended family and friends.
