He was predeceased by: his parents, Manley Lewis and Esther Lillian Moore (Jass); his wife Jane Moore; his sons, Jeff and Patrick Moore; and his siblings, Robert Moore and Shirley Burdick.
He is survived by: his children, Tamra Rockenbach (Greg Clark) of Oregon, WI, Michael Moore (Cheryl) of Wheaton, IL and David Moore of Janesville, WI; his grandchildren, Jackson, Rachel, Christopher, Michalea, Stephan and Joline; his great grandchildren, Elizabeth and Sebastian Kasch; and his siblings, Wanda Usher, Stanley Moore (Linda) and John Moore. He is also survived by many nieces, nephew, and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Merrill's name to St. Joseph Catholic Church, Edgerton.
