She was predeceased by: her parents, James W. Arthur and Elvira Arthur (Rousch); her husband Donald Millard; her siblings, Jim Arthur, Henry Arthur, Helen Wentler (Carl), Clara Snell and Charles Arthur; and also, Darrell and Charlie Millard.
She is survived by: her nieces, Cindy Leverenz (Steve) and Nancy Usher (Scott); her nephew Dean Wentler (Mindy); and her parents-in-law, Duane Snell, Sr., Rochelle Millard, Roger Millard (Celia) and Marge Millard.
Because of COVID-19 pandemic, there will be no gathering afterward.
