He is survived by: his children, Marty Kvalheim (Tiffany) of McFarland, Roger Kvalheim (Lisa) of Johnson Creek, Dawn Shaw of Edgerton and Julie Sims (JW) of Stoughton; his grandchildren, Alex of Sophia, AJ, Jordan, Hailey, Logan, Trent and Andrew; and his siblings, Don Kvalheim (Carrie) of Texas, Elise Jorgenson (George) of Oregon, WI and Kathy Maloney of Hawaii. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
