He is survived by: his wife Pam; his daughter Stephanie Koebele (Eric) of Lee, IL; and his siblings, Donna Koehnke of Kirkland, IL, Ed Maynard (Scarlett) of Mattoon, IL and Jim Maynard (Nancy) of Genoa, IL. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
